Job Description

WeShine Academy is looking for passionate and knowledgeable faculty members to train students preparing for various state and central government competitive examinations.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle classroom and online coaching sessions.
- Teach subjects relevant to competitive examinations.
- Prepare study materials, notes, and practice questions.
- Conduct regular tests and evaluate student performance.
- Clarify students' doubts and provide individual guidance.
- Cover the complete syllabus within the scheduled timeline.
- Train students using previous-year questions and exam-oriented strategies.
- Help students improve accuracy, speed, and problem-solving skills.
