Job Description

Sampack India Corporation is looking for an experienced and technically skilled Service Technician to handle food packaging machines, customer service calls, system monitoring, and spare parts management.

The candidate should have strong field experience in machine servicing, troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of food packaging machines.
- Attend customer service calls and provide timely technical support at customer locations.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Identify technical faults and carry out necessary repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Handle complete field service activities and maintain good customer relationships.
- Manage spare parts inventory, stock monitoring, and service-related store activities.
- Maintain service reports,



customer records, and spare parts usage details.
- Coordinate with the office team and customers to ensure effective service operations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through skilled service and timely issue resolution.

Requirements

- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant field service experience; experienced candidates with more than 10 years are also welcome.
- Robust technical knowledge of food packaging machines and their operating systems.
- Practical experience in machine troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
- Knowledge of spare parts identification, inventory management, and store handling.
- Good customer communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations for service calls.
