Bartender – Job Description

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Ensure proper mise-en-place and availability of all bar ingredients, garnishes, and equipment.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and grooming at the bar.
- Follow standard operating procedures for beverage preparation and service.
- Ensure correct billing, portion control, and proper handling of bar stock.
- Monitor inventory and report shortages, breakage, or wastage to the supervisor.
- Provide courteous, prompt, and professional service to all guests.
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol and strictly follow hotel policies and applicable regulations.
- Maintain proper storage and handling of beverages, glassware, and bar equipment.
- Coordinate with the F&B; team to ensure smooth and efficient bar operations.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
