Position: Medical Representative – Telecalling
Location: Kozhikode, Kerala
job Type: Full time, Office-based
Salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000/month + performance incentives
ELIGIBILITY:
- Plus Two / Any Degree
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Pharmacy or healthcare product knowledge preferred
- Good Malayalam communication; basic English preferred
- Basic computer, Excel and WhatsApp skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound calls to customers, pharmacies and prospective buyers
- Explain approved product information
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into orders
- Follow up with customers and manage sales enquiries
- Maintain call logs and customer details in Excel or CRM
- Coordinate orders and delivery updates
- Achieve calling and sales targets
