1. Quality Control & Assurance

· Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain product standards.

2. Compliance & Certification

· Ensure adherence to ISO, AQL, and buyer-specific quality requirements.

3. Customer Satisfaction

· Address customer feedback and quality concerns to improve product acceptance rates.

4. Inspection & Defect Reduction

· Monitor fabric, in-line production, and final product inspection to reduce defects.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting

· Maintain reports on defect rates, quality trends, and improvement plans.

6. Process Improvement

· Identify areas for quality enhancement and implement corrective actions.

7. Audit & Compliance

· Conduct internal and external audits to ensure regulatory and buyer compliance.

8 .Training & Development

· Conduct training sessions for production and QC teams on quality standards.

· Maintain detailed records of quality metrics, inspection results,



corrective actions and preparing reports for Management.

Any other Tasks

· To perform other duties as assigned by CMD/MD/CEO/GM or other Senior Management.

· At all times during the employment period, you shall strictly adhere to all the rules and regulations that have been or that may hereafter be established.

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
