Position: Housekeeping Executive

We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, and service-oriented Housekeeping Executive to join our team and oversee the daily housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Job Description & Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Ensure proper cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards across all hotel areas.
- Conduct regular room inspections and ensure rooms meet the hotel's quality standards before guest check-in.
- Coordinate with the Front Office department regarding room status, guest requests, and special requirements.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.




- Ensure proper allocation of duties and work schedules for housekeeping associates.
- Maintain housekeeping inventories, linen, guest supplies, and cleaning materials.
- Monitor the usage of cleaning chemicals and ensure proper handling and storage.
- Handle guest complaints and housekeeping-related requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, safety standards, and hygiene protocols.
