Job Description – CMA USA Mentor

Salary Package: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate CMA USA Mentor to guide and train students preparing for the US Certified Management Accountant (CMA) qualification. The candidate should have strong knowledge of management accounting, financial management, and cost accounting, along with the ability to deliver effective training and academic support.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct CMA USA coaching and mentoring sessions for students.
- Teach CMA USA Part 1 and Part 2 subjects.
- Explain financial planning, performance management, cost management, and internal controls.
- Cover financial statement analysis, corporate finance, decision analysis, and risk management.
- Clarify students' academic doubts and provide individual guidance.
- Prepare study materials, assignments, mock tests,



and practice questions.
- Monitor student progress and conduct regular assessments.
- Support students in exam preparation and revision.
- Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- CMA USA qualification or currently pursuing CMA USA (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of CMA USA syllabus and examination pattern.
- Valuable understanding of accounting, finance, and management accounting concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex accounting concepts in a simple manner.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student development.

Preferred: Candidates with previous CMA USA teaching or mentoring experience will be given preference.
