Job Summary

Dr. Aravind's IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute digital marketing activities, improve online visibility, generate patient enquiries and strengthen the centre's online presence.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, digital campaigns, SEO, content creation and lead generation, preferably in the healthcare or hospital industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
- Manage social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content, posts, reels, stories and promotional creatives.
- Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.
- Monitor and optimize digital advertising campaigns to improve performance.
- Handle SEO activities to improve website ranking and online visibility.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and content creators.




- Develop digital marketing strategies to increase patient enquiries and brand awareness.
- Track campaign performance, leads, conversions and marketing ROI.
- Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports.
- Monitor online reviews and support online reputation management.
- Ensure all marketing content follows healthcare advertising guidelines and maintains patient privacy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good knowledge of SEO, SEM and social media marketing.
- Experience in content planning and digital campaign management.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Meta Business Suite.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication, creativity and analytical skills.
- Healthcare or hospital industry experience will be an added advantage.
