Optorium is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join our growing team.

- Position: E-Commerce Executive
- Location: Hyderabad
- Employment Type: FullTime
- Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations and online orders
- Manage product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory
- Handle order processing, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds
- Coordinate with inventory, sales, dispatch, and customer service teams
- Monitor online sales, orders, revenue, and product performance
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly e-commerce reports
- Support website promotions, offers, and campaigns
- Monitor customer queries, reviews, and feedback
- Ensure accurate product catalogue and stock availability
- Identify opportunities to improve online sales and customer experience

Requirements:




✅ Graduate in any discipline
✅ 1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations
✅ Hands-on experience with Shopify is preferred
✅ Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
✅ Solid communication and coordination skills
✅ Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
✅ Experience in eyewear/fashion retail is an added advantage
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
