Mandatory Skills:

- Minimum 3 years of experience of Oracle EBS R12 Support experience having expertise on Oracle SCM (PO, INV, OM, Pricing, O2C, P2P) modules

•Able to handle the Support Issues and Triage

- Should have worked on data conversions, extensions, interfaces, integration, and any other customizations and guided technical consultant for any required information.

•Should be able to write proper functional documentation, testing scripts

- Experience with India e-Invoicing Process

- Strong communication skills for working directly with business users.

- Ability to learn a new system "on the fly" Day to Day job Duties.

- Involve in requirement gathering meetings to understand needs

- Develop and lead the deliverables by coordinating with all technical/testing team members to ensure resolution /functionality is delivered Involve in system performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting the application and business issues

- Provide support to business users to handle the critical issues





- Conduct Training

- Maintain SLA of Support as agreed with Customer

- Preparation of KB Notes for Issue Resolution

Role and Responsibilities

- First Support Contact for Business User for Application Support for Supply Chain

- Conduct User Training based on the User Mistakes

- Monitor Regular / Periodical Processes

- Coordinate with Business User for Triage / Understanding issue.

- Resolve Issue using Configuration / Applied Fixes

- Managing Oracle Support SRs

- Maintain SLA of Support as agreed with Customer Education Graduate or Equivalent

Pay: ₹430,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
