Position: Fixture Design Engineer

Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu

Employment: Contract

Experience: 5 –7 Years

CAD Tool: Siemens NX

Work Schedule: 6 Days / Week

Qualification: BE / Diploma

Domain: Mechanical / Mechatronics / Tool & Die

Key Responsibilities:

Design and development of CNC machining, surface finishing and assembly fixtures.

Create 3D models and manufacturing-ready 2D drawings.

Fixture concept development, modular design and standardization.

Reverse engineering and fixture improvement.

Prepare BOM, DFM, FDAP and design documentation.

Required Skills:

Strong NX CAD and working knowledge of Teamcenter.

Fixture design and CNC manufacturing knowledge.

GD&T;, tolerance stack-up and material selection.

Pneumatic clamping and clamping mechanisms.

Manufacturing Inspection with CTQ, FAI and SPC.
