Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads and improve ROI.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles to improve local search visibility and Google Maps rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for Google Ads and local SEO.
- Monitor campaign performance, including impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversions, and cost per lead.
- Optimize Google Business Profiles with accurate business information, services, photos, posts, and updates.
- Manage Google reviews, respond to customer feedback, and improve online reputation.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Search Console.
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to achieve campaign objectives.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, advertising policies, and digital marketing trends.

Skills & Qualifications

- Proficiency in Google Ads, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads.




- Solid knowledge of Google Business Profile optimization and Google Maps SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Google Keyword Planner.
- Ability to create and optimize lead-generation campaigns.
- Understanding of keyword targeting, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and remarketing.
- Knowledge of local SEO, citation management, and online reputation management.
- Experience in healthcare or hospital digital marketing and patient lead generation.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and creative teams.
- Ability to adapt to Google platform updates and evolving business requirements.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
