ORN Vacation is looking for a skilled and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute digital marketing strategies for our travel and tourism business.

The candidate will be responsible for managing online marketing campaigns, generating quality leads, improving brand visibility, and driving customer engagement across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
- Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.
- Manage the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and online visibility.
- Generate quality leads for domestic and international holiday packages.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including CPC, CPL, CTR, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.




- Coordinate with the content creation team for marketing creatives, reels, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage email marketing and WhatsApp promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics 4.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing.
- Experience in lead generation and paid advertising.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and content strategies.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and creative tools.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work independently.

Experience & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or e-commerce will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with relevant practical knowledge and certifications may also apply.
