Job Responsibilities

- Identify current sales leads through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties or services.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales reports.




- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to support sales activities.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
