About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Cyber Security Intern to work on real servers, websites and networks, with mentorship from experienced professionals.

Eligibility

- Only candidates residing in Nagercoil / Kanyakumari may apply

- Final-year students or recent graduates (B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA/MCA/M.Sc in CS, IT, Cyber Security or related fields)

- Must have own laptop

- Available for full-time, on-site internship

Responsibilities

- Assist in vulnerability scanning and basic penetration testing

- Monitor system and network logs for suspicious activity

- Help harden servers, firewalls and access controls

- Test websites for common issues (OWASP Top 10)

- Prepare clear security reports

Required Skills

- Networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, firewalls)

- Linux command-line basics

- Ethical mindset and good report writing

Good to Have

- Nmap, Wireshark, Burp Suite, Kali Linux

- SIEM / log monitoring exposure

- CTF participation or CEH / Security+ preparation
