Job Title: Placement Officer
Location: Delhi
Eligibility: Minimum 3 years of experience in placement of vocational program trainees.

Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferably Social Work, Human Resources, or related field).

Role Summary

The Placement Officer will be responsible for facilitating employment opportunities for young adult girls who have completed vocational training programs. The position requires building strong linkages with employers, organizing placement drives, and supporting trainees in securing sustainable employment.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop partnerships with employers and for job placements.

· Organize interviews and placement drives for trained candidates.

· Coordinate with employers to understand skill requirements and match candidates accordingly.

· Prepare trainees for employment through career counselling, interview preparation, and workplace orientation.

· Conduct mock interviews and assist candidates in preparing CVs and job applications.

· Guide trainees on qualified behavior, grooming, and communication skills.

· Maintain a database of trainees who have completed courses on monthly basis.

· Track placement status and maintain placement records on monthly basis.





· Conduct regular follow-ups with employers and placed candidates to ensure job retention and address any issues.

· Maintain proper documentation of placements, employer contacts, and candidate details.

· Build networks with related industries and small enterprises to expand placement opportunities.

Experience

· Experience in placement of candidates trained in “Beauty & Wellness” would be an advantage.

· Experience in placement of trained candidates & bring employer on the organization roll.

Skills Required

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to build relationships with employers and industry stakeholders.

· Understanding of employment opportunities in related sectors.

· Basic computer knowledge including MS Office, Excel, and email communication.

· Good documentation and reporting skills.

· Ability to work with young women from diverse socio-economic backgrounds.

Other Requirements

· Extensive travel within the city for employer visits and placement coordination.

· Field based position (Target based).
