JOB OPENING: SERVICE COORDINATOR

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organised Service Coordinator to manage coordination with OEM suppliers, spare parts procurement and technical support for our fitness equipment.

The candidate will act as a link between OEM suppliers, the internal service team, warehouse and customers to ensure smooth and timely resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate with OEM suppliers for spare parts procurement, technical assistance and troubleshooting of equipment-related issues.

· Follow up with suppliers for spare parts availability, pricing, dispatch and delivery timelines.

· Coordinate with the service team for technical queries, equipment breakdowns and pending service complaints.

· Maintain records of spare parts requirements, orders, stock availability and supplier follow-ups.

· Coordinate with warehouse and purchase teams for timely availability and dispatch of spare parts.





· Follow up on customer complaints and ensure timely resolution in coordination with service engineers and OEMs.

· Prepare regular MIS reports on spare parts procurement, pending complaints and supplier coordination.

Candidate Requirements

· Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics preferred.

· 4 - 5 years of experience in service coordination, purchase coordination or technical support.

· Experience in coordinating with OEMs, manufacturers or suppliers will be preferred.

· Basic technical understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment.

· Valuable communication, follow-up and coordination skills.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, email and documentation.

Candidates with experience in fitness equipment, gym machinery, industrial equipment or similar industries will be preferred.
