Operations & Administration Executive

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail oriented individual to manage day to day operations, administration and internal coordination, ensuring the smooth functioning of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, logistics partners and external stakeholders.

* Manage inward and outward logistics, shipments and delivery coordination.

* Maintain inventory, product records and office documentation.

* Prepare basic sales reports, invoices and operational records.

* Assist in product layouts, displays and basic product presentations.

* Coordinate product movement, stock updates and availability.

* Support day to day administrative and operational requirements.

* Ensure smooth communication and follow ups across teams.





* Assist management with ad hoc operational requirements.

Requirements:

* Strong organisational and communication skills.

* Valuable attention to detail and follow-up skills.

* Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic computer applications.

* Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

* Proactive, responsible and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

* Prior experience in administration, operations, retail or e-commerce is preferred.

Work Mode: Work from Office

Joining: Immediate

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
