About the company and project

Status Constructions Private Limited is a real estate developer building a residential project at Jankalyan Nagar, Malad. The project offers 2 BHK residences of 783 sq ft RERA carpet area and is a ready-possession project, with the Occupation Certificate (OC) expected by end of December 2026.

Role summary

Manage the complete post-sales journey of every customer, from booking through registration to possession and handover. As the sole CRM on a ready-possession project, own documentation, collections, bank coordination and customer service independently.

Key responsibilities

- Process bookings: allotment letters, KYC, cost sheet confirmation and customer records. Coordinate drafting of the agreement for sale, stamp duty payment and registration within committed timelines. Raise payment demands and follow up on collections as per the agreed payment terms. Coordinate with banks and HFCs for home loans, NOCs, tripartite agreements and disbursements. Plan and manage possession: final dues, possession letters, unit inspection, snag resolution and key handover after the OC is received.



Act as the single point of contact for customer queries, escalations and complaints. Process cancellations, transfers and refunds as per company policy. Maintain accurate records in the ERP/CRM system and share collection and receivables reports. Ensure documentation complies with MahaRERA requirements, and support society formation.

Candidate profile

- Graduate in commerce or any discipline. 2–6 years in end-to-end real estate CRM, ideally handling the full cycle independently. Hands-on experience with possession and handover is strongly preferred. Working knowledge of MahaRERA, stamp duty, registration and home loan processes. Robust in MS Excel; experience with ERP or CRM tools (SAP, Farvision, Salesforce or similar). Excellent written and spoken communication in English, Hindi and Marathi.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
