Aviator College of Aviation Studies LLP is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and student-focused Academic Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a passion for guiding students in making informed academic and career decisions.

Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in academic counselling, educational counselling, student admissions, or a similar field are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, course details, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.
- Provide accurate information about the institution's courses, admission procedures, and academic offerings.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, messages, and face-to-face interactions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Support the admissions team in achieving enrolment targets.
- Conduct student counselling sessions and deliver effective presentations.
- Maintain student enquiry records and follow up on leads regularly.
- Address student queries professionally and provide appropriate guidance throughout the admission process.





Required Qualifications and Skills

- A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in academic counselling, educational counselling, admissions, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Good student engagement and relationship-building abilities.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple student enquiries effectively.
