About the Company

Kopstone Energy Solutions deals in solar energy solutions, solar panels, inverters, electric bikes, electric fencing systems, and related products. We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to help grow our business and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through customer visits, telephone calls, WhatsApp, and other marketing channels.
- Identify potential customers for solar systems, electric bikes, fencing machines, inverters, and related products.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available offers to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into sales.
- Maintain customer databases, sales records, and daily follow-up reports.
- Visit customers, farmers, dealers, and businesses as required.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for quotations, installations, deliveries, and after-sales support.




- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Support promotional activities, exhibitions, and local marketing campaigns.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: graduates preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and WhatsApp.
- Knowledge of Marathi and Hindi is preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits, if required.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
