Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Finance Head with solid plant and manufacturing industry experience to lead the finance and accounts function. The ideal candidate should have expertise in cost accounting, financial planning, budgeting, statutory compliance, working capital management, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall finance and accounts function for plant operations.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and management reports.
- Manage plant costing, product costing, inventory valuation, and cost variance analysis.
- Monitor manufacturing costs, production expenses, overheads, and profitability.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Manage internal and statutory audits and coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and fund utilisation.
- Establish financial controls, accounting systems, and cost optimisation measures.




- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for business decisions.
- Coordinate with plant operations, procurement, stores, production, and senior management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- CA Final completed is mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounts.
- Strong experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment is essential.
- Hands-on knowledge of plant costing, inventory control, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Thorough understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates currently working as Finance Head, Plant Finance Manager, Finance Controller, or Senior Finance Manager in a manufacturing organisation are encouraged to apply.
