Position: Assistant Store Manager- Luxury Watches

Location: Bangalore Airport, Karnataka

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: 5 - 7 year's experience in retail management, ideally in Luxury Watches.

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Passport: A valid passport is mandatory

Job Description:

- Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations and sales activities.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual store targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers.
- Assist in managing, motivating, and developing the sales team.
- Ensure the store maintains premium visual merchandising and luxury brand standards.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory,



stock movement, and ensure proper product handling.
- Support billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, airport regulations, and security procedures.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, discipline, and qualified conduct.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly sales and operational reports with the Store Manager

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Total work: 7 years (Preferred)
- Assistant store manager: 5 years (Preferred)
