Job Overview

Ara Web Technologies is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with mandatory digital marketing agency experience to manage client campaigns, lead generation, social media, SEO, and performance marketing.

The candidate must have hands-on experience managing multiple clients and delivering measurable marketing results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Meta Ads & Performance Marketing

- Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
- Manage lead generation, conversion, and retargeting campaigns.
- Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, and campaign performance.
- Optimize advertising budgets and improve ROI.

2. Google Ads

- Manage Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize campaigns for leads, sales, and conversions.
- Monitor budgets and campaign performance.

3. Social Media Management

- Develop social media strategies for multiple clients.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create content calendars and marketing plans.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors.
- Monitor engagement and account growth.





4. SEO Management

- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Manage technical SEO, backlinks, and website optimization.
- Monitor organic traffic, rankings, and SEO performance.

5. Client & Team Management

- Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Understand client requirements and develop marketing strategies.
- Manage and guide the digital marketing team.
- Prepare monthly reports and performance presentations.
- Ensure timely execution of client deliverables.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 1 -3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency is mandatory.
- Solid hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven expertise in SEO and social media management.
- Experience handling multiple clients and marketing budgets.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and client-management skills.
- Ability to manage campaigns independently and deliver results.

Note: Candidates without prior digital marketing agency experience will not be considered.
