Job Description
Working on reading of drawings, BOQs,
Coordination with Architect, consultants, vendors
Working out quantities and arranging rates for various interior and finishing works
Day to Day functions
- Working on drawings reading, BOQs and estimates
Coordination with design, purchase and Site Teams for arranging data/ details.
- Coordination with vendors, suppliers for arranging rates
- Conducting negotiation meetings
- Diploma in Interior design
- Knowledge of Materials, specifications of finishing materials and rates
- Good in MS Excel, Word, Power point and knowledge of ACAD.
- Good Communication skills including valuable command over English language
- Know-how of local markets,
- Negotiation and coordination skills for coordination with Consultants, contractors and vendors
- Knowledge of design, drafting
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
