Production & Procurement Executive

Location: Bengaluru | Full-time, On-site
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

We’re looking for an organised, hands-on person to manage daily production and ensure raw materials and packaging supplies are available on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan daily production based on orders, stock levels and delivery timelines.
- Supervise filling, packing, labelling and batch coding.
- Source raw materials and packaging supplies, compare quotations and negotiate with vendors.
- Prepare purchase orders, obtain approvals and follow up on deliveries.
- Check incoming materials for quantity, quality and specifications.
- Monitor inventory, maintain stock records and prevent shortages.
- Maintain production, purchase and batch traceability records.
- Ensure hygiene, food safety and manufacturing SOPs are followed.
- Coordinate with quality,



accounts and dispatch teams to complete orders on time.

What We’re Looking For

- Solid planning, vendor coordination and follow-up skills.
- Working knowledge of Excel, purchase orders and inventory management.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ownership of daily tasks.
- Experience in food production, FMCG, procurement or manufacturing operations is preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
