Role Summary

The Recruiter finds, screens, and shortlists candidates for roles across the group, mainly for international locations like the UAE and Africa. The role needs a confident communicator who can build trust with candidates and work to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand the job requirements from the hiring team and prepare the JD in the company format.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, and referrals.
- Contact candidates by message, call, and email, and explain the role and company clearly.
- Screen candidates on experience, skills, salary expectations, and notice period.




- Shortlist suitable profiles and share them with the hiring manager.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.
- Keep a daily tracker of calls, profiles shared, interviews, and offers.
- Share regular updates and feedback with the team.

Must Have Skills and Experience

- Experience in recruitment, preferably international or Gulf hiring.
- Positive knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Good calling and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple roles at the same time.
- Graduate in any stream (HR specialisation preferred).

Good to Have

- Experience hiring for the UAE or African markets.

Working Hours:

10 AM to 7 PM

6 days a week.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
