Job Description:
As the Unit Head of Corporate Annuity & Funds at Axis Max Life Insurance, you will be responsible for leading and managing the corporate annuity and funds business unit. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive growth, enhance profitability, and optimize product offerings in the corporate annuity segment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and align operational processes with business goals. Your leadership will involve mentoring and developing your team, improving overall performance, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies for the corporate annuity and funds portfolio to achieve business targets and enhance market share.
- Lead a team of professionals in managing the sales, marketing, and operational functions related to corporate annuity products.




- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancement.
- Collaborate with finance and actuarial teams to ensure accurate pricing and risk management for annuity products.
- Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and standards for corporate annuity and funds operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders to promote product offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management to inform decision-making.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster a high-performance culture and support their career development.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Strong understanding of life insurance products, specifically in the annuity domain.
- Proven experience in sales and business development within the financial services or insurance industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing life insurance products and corporate annuities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in project management and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in financial modeling tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Ability to leverage customer relationship management (CRM) software to enhance client engagement.
