We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Sales Engineer – Industrial Automation to join our Bangalore sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, promoting industrial automation solutions, and supporting business growth across Bangalore and Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new leads from manufacturing industries, OEMs, machine builders, and system integrators.
- Promote industrial automation products and solutions, including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, Servo Drives, Sensors, and Control Panels.
- Conduct customer visits, understand technical requirements, and propose suitable automation solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers.
- Develop new customer accounts and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinate with internal technical and execution teams for customer requirements.
- Maintain sales activities, opportunities, and customer follow-ups in CRM.




- Work towards monthly sales targets, order bookings, and business development goals.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in EEE, ECE, E&I;, Mechatronics, or related engineering disciplines.
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Industrial Automation Sales are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo Motors, Sensors, and Industrial Control Systems.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills.
- Strong interest in technical sales, field visits, and business development.
- Willingness to travel across Bangalore and nearby industrial regions.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
