About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, well-organised, and responsible Front Desk Receptionist to join our dental clinic in Koramangala. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage front desk operations while ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet patients warmly and professionally.
- Handle patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-up calls.
- Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and patient queries.
- Maintain patient records, appointments, and billing details.
- Coordinate with dentists and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle patient registrations, payments, and basic billing.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment visits.
- Maintain a clean,



organised, and professional reception area.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English basic Kannada or Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Friendly, polite, and patient-oriented attitude.
- Positive organisational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle patients professionally and courteously.
- Previous experience in a dental clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting will be an advantage.
