We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and result-driven Business Development Manager to expand our market presence and drive business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in the IT and ELV sectors.
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technology solutions.
- Present Savix IT Solutions' products and services effectively to clients and decision-makers.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate and close business opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical, procurement, and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and ongoing business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Represent the company during client meetings, networking events, and business development activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, quotations, and sales pipeline activities.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Development, IT Sales, ELV Sales, Telecommunications, Security Solutions, or B2B Sales.




- Good understanding of IT infrastructure and ELV solutions such as:
- Networking & Structured Cabling
- CCTV Surveillance
- Access Control
- Attendance Systems
- IP PBX
- Wi-Fi & Firewall Solutions
- PA & AV Systems
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
