Key Expectations

Report before shift begins, complete briefing, take charge of operations
Executive must remain visible on cafeteria floor during service, especially B & C shifts
Maintain cleanliness before, during and after service
Proper utensil segregation, sanitation, cross-checks, food safety compliance
Complete documented handover of pending issues, stock and equipment
Complete all assigned shift-wise activities
Complete registers, validations, inventory reports and statutory records
Escalate operational issues immediately
Resolve employee complaints professionally and promptly
Take responsibility without excuses
Suggest operational improvements
Fortnightly inventory, reports and new induction to be submitted on time
Timely updates on operational challenges
Guide staff, allocate work and monitor execution
