Position Overview

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and performance of a branch. The role involves managing staff and resources, achieving sales and business targets, maintaining excellent customer service, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving revenue and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily branch operations, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Implement strategies to meet monthly and annual financial targets.
- Motivate, coach and develop staff to optimize productivity.
- Maintain strict adherence to organizational and regulatory policies.
- build positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Requirements

- 5 Years of professional experience.
- prior experience within broking industry preferred.
- Solid team - building, financial budgeting and strategic planning capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Highly capable of working independently and collaborating smoothly with senior Managers.
