Job Title: Vyapar Accountant – Billing & Inventory Management

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Vyapar Accountant to manage our daily accounting, billing, sales, and inventory operations.

The candidate should have practical experience using Vyapar Accounting Software and be comfortable handling stock entries, purchase bills, sales invoices, and daily business records.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting operations using Vyapar software.
- Create sales invoices, purchase bills, and delivery challans.
- Maintain stock records for PU Foam, HR Foam, Bonded Foam, Hitlon, Softy and other products.
- Record daily stock inward and outward movements.
- Maintain product-wise inventory and quantity records in pieces.
- Handle batch-wise stock and weight recording.
- Reconcile physical stock with Vyapar inventory.
- Maintain customer and supplier ledgers.
- Record payments, receipts,



expenses and outstanding balances.
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly sales and stock reports.
- Maintain proper documentation for CA and final accounting.
- Ensure accuracy of all entries and maintain regular data backups.

Required Skills

- Practical knowledge of Vyapar Accounting Software.
- Knowledge of GST billing and basic accounting.
- Experience in inventory and stock management.
- Good Excel and computer skills.
- Knowledge of purchase, sales, debit notes and credit notes.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage daily accounting independently.

Eligibility

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Candidates with hands-on Vyapar software experience will be given preference.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
