Job Title: Business Development Executive
Shifts: 2 PM -12 AM, 4 PM- 2 AM
Salary: 30,000 to 35,000 (fixed) + incentives
Duration: 12 months (12-Month Full-Time Employment Contract)

Note: This role requires flexibility to work afternoon and night shifts to effectively engage with clients across different time zones. Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational or fixed shifts based on business requirements. Work from Home will be available for late working hours.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 1+ years of experience in generating business through freelance platforms or sales. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, crafting winning proposals, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance marketplaces.
- Prepare customized, persuasive, and high-quality proposals based on client requirements.
- Communicate professionally with prospective clients and respond promptly to project inquiries.
- Qualify leads, negotiate project requirements, and convert opportunities into successful deals.
- Coordinate with the design, development, and project management teams to understand project scope and prepare accurate proposals.




- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly follow up with potential clients.
- Track proposals, leads, client interactions, and project conversions using spreadsheets or CRM tools.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Consistently achieve monthly bidding and revenue targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in business development or sales.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of UI/UX Design, Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, AI, or other IT services.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, or Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, lead nurturing, and client engagement strategies.
- Experience working with agencies or software development companies is an advantage.
