Job Title Client Communication Specialist Job Objective To manage, nurture, and strengthen client interactions for the organization by ensuring seamless communication, timely support, and a compassionate experience for every individual. This role focuses on guiding clients through their mental-health journey, addressing queries, coordinating with therapists, and ensuring every touchpoint feels smooth, informed, and empathetic. Key Result Areas Target vs. Achieved: Client induction and engagement Target vs. Achieved: Client satisfaction / feedback Target vs. Achieved: Response and resolution timelines % adherence to systems, communication protocols, and processes Qualifications & Experience - BBA, BCA, BA, BCOM, MBA - 0-1 years of experience Reports to - Lead- Client Communication Specialist
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
