Role: Restaurant & Café Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant and café operations.
- Supervise staff and assign duties.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle reservations, customer complaints, and feedback.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and service standards.
- Manage inventory, stock, and daily sales reports.
- Control operational costs and reduce wastage.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing operations.
- Maintain discipline and staff performance.
Requirements:
- Experience in fine dining or café management.
- Valuable communication and leadership skills.
- Strong customer-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and POS systems.
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
Pay: Up to ₹42,000.00 per month
