We are looking for a skilled and reliable CNC Bending and Laser Cutting Machine Operator to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain CNC press brake and laser cutting machines to produce precision metal components according to technical drawings and specifications. This role requires hands-on experience with sheet metal fabrication equipment, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines and CNC press brakes to cut, form, and bend metal components as per engineering drawings and job orders.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to ensure accuracy in part production.
- Perform quality checks using measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and tape measures.
- Adjust machine settings (cutting speed,



bend angles, material thickness, etc.) for optimal performance and material usage.
- Monitor machines during operation and make adjustments to maintain precision and efficiency.
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure peak performance and prevent downtime.
- Troubleshoot issues related to material quality, machine performance, or programming errors.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, scrap, and machine settings.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work setting.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
