The incumbent will be responsible for conducting process and product audits across all manufacturing facilities and ensuring that the SOP’s are followed by the respective QA teams and report back in case of any lacuna or loophole.
Key Responsibilities:
➢ Quality Assurance
- Implement and monitor quality assurance systems across cutting, sewing, finishing,
packing, and dispatch operations.
- Conduct in-line, end-line, and final quality audits as per company and customer
standards.
- Monitor DHU (Defects per Hundred Units), RFT (Right First Time), and quality
performance indicators.
- Analyze quality defects and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure adherence to AQL standards and customer quality requirements.

➢ Audit Planning
▪ Draw out plan for conducting audits across all units.
▪ The plan should cover Socks, Cut To Pack in a time bound and regular
manner.
▪ Allocate resources to ensure that audits are completed as per the plan.
➢ Auditing
▪ Develop procedure to audit a unit.
▪ The audit should be conducted as per the procedure so that it is unbiased and
same for all manufacturing units.
▪ The findings / reports should be discussed with the concerned unit heads.
▪ Develop a marking / grading system which is fair for all units.
▪ Based on the audit performance grade a particular unit as per the grading
system.
➢ MIS
▪ Update the management on the findings / non-conformities after the audit.
▪ Prepare MIS for the Corporate Audit function as per requirement.
▪ Circulate the MIS on Weekly / Monthly basis for review to all concerned.
▪ Based on the audit points scored grade the units and rank them based on the
performance.
▪ Publish the ranking on a monthly / Quarterly basis.
Profile:
➢ Education: B. Tech / Diploma / Any Graduate
Experience: 5-10 Years in Cut To Pack/Knitting Garment Manufacturing Plant
➢ Functional/Technical Knowledge & Skills: Basic Knowledge of Garmenting,
Auditing, Procedures, Systems, SOP
Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
