We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing the hiring process, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Handle employee engagement and retention strategies. Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and HR operations. Oversee performance management and employee development. Resolve employee grievances and maintain workplace discipline. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Coordinate with management for workforce planning and team building.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹74,000.00 per month
