We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment for sales and business functions across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in high-volume hiring, team management, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and business functions across multiple locations.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
- Handle high-volume hiring and mid-to-senior-level recruitment.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5–6 Talent Acquisition professionals.
- Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Build strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, team performance, and hiring efficiency.
- Ensure a smooth recruitment process and positive candidate experience.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 6–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with expertise in high-volume hiring.
- Proven experience in sales and business function recruitment across multiple locations.
- Experience in Education, Banking, Insurance, BPO, Telecom, Retail, or similar industries.
- Strong team leadership, stakeholder management, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage recruitment targets and multiple hiring priorities.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam is mandatory.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
