We are looking for a customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Radiant Ayurveda Wellness & Spa.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain spa and wellness services to potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain customer records and follow-up details.
- Build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in sales or customer handling.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convince customers and close sales.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good English, Hindi and/or Kannada communication skills.
