About Mentry

Mentry provides technical training solutions to colleges, universities, training institutes, and corporate organizations. We are currently looking for PCB Trainers to conduct classroom and online training programs in Chennai and other locations.

Responsibilities

- Deliver PCB design and electronics training sessions to students and professionals.
- Conduct classroom or online training based on assignment requirements.
- Explain PCB design concepts using practical examples and hands-on exercises.
- Prepare presentations, circuit design exercises, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct practical PCB design and problem-solving sessions where required.
- Customize training content based on the learner's level and project requirements.
- Guide learners through schematic design, PCB layout, routing, and design validation.
- Coordinate with the Mentry team regarding schedules, training materials, and assignments.
- Maintain qualified communication and punctuality.

Requirements

- Strong hands-on knowledge of PCB design and development.




- Good understanding of electronic circuits and practical PCB implementation.
- Experience using one or more professional PCB design tools.
- Ability to explain PCB design concepts clearly to beginners and advanced learners.
- Experience conducting practical, project-oriented, and hands-on PCB sessions.
- Previous training, teaching, mentoring, or industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to prepare training materials, practical exercises, assessments, and assignments.
- Ability to guide learners through real-world PCB design projects.
- Willingness to conduct online or offline sessions based on project requirements.
- Professional approach with good time management and punctuality.
