Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and respond to emails and maintain inboxes
- Perform data entry and keep digital records organized
- Prepare and format documents, spreadsheets, and reports
- Use the internet for research and routine online tasks
- Carry out general office operations such as scanning, printing, and filing
- Support the team with day-to-day administrative work

Requirements:

- Positive knowledge of computers and the internet
- Proficiency in email handling
- Basic computer and office operation skills (MS Word, Excel)
- Good typing speed and attention to detail
