We are looking for a dedicated and student-oriented HR Academic Mentor to guide and support students enrolled in our HR professional courses. The candidate will be responsible for conducting academic sessions, mentoring students, monitoring their progress, evaluating assignments, conducting examinations, and providing academic support throughout their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct academic recap and revision sessions for students.

· Handle 1–2 academic sessions as required.

· Clarify students’ academic doubts and provide necessary guidance.

· Prepare, review, and evaluate student assignments and assessments.

· Conduct examinations and monitor the examination process.

· Track and monitor students’ academic progress and learning activities.

· Guide students in completing academic activities and projects.

· Provide individual mentoring and motivate students to overcome academic challenges.

· Support and guide students throughout their internship process.

· Follow up with students regarding pending assignments, assessments, and academic requirements.





· Ensure timely completion of academic activities as per the course schedule.

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in HR, teaching, training, or academic mentoring.

· Good understanding of HR concepts and subject knowledge.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong mentoring and student-handling abilities.

· Positive presentation and teaching skills.

· Ability to manage multiple students and academic responsibilities effectively.

Preferred Candidate

· Candidates with HR academic or teaching experience will be preferred.

· Experience in student mentoring or online education will be an added advantage.

· Should be patient, approachable, organised, and committed to student learning and development.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
