We are looking for Support Personnel to engage with customers for providing Technical Support.
Role:
You will be required to:
1. attend phone calls from customers
2. understand and log the problem
3. work as an interface between the customer and the team
4. explain the reported problem to the product development team
5. communicate resolution to the customer
This is a role that will require flexible hours of working based on the customer calls. You will have a 5 day work-week, and will be required to monitor the system and work on weekends.
Qualifications:
Valuable communication and ability to understand customer reported problems.
Fluency in English.
Basic understanding of software applications and computer systems.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
