Experience:

Minimum 3+ years, preferably in the Tiles, Sanitary Ware or Building Materials industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive retail sales across Lucknow and nearby districts.

- Develop current dealers and distributors and strengthen existing business relationships.

- Expand market presence and achieve assigned sales targets.

- Generate business opportunities in government and private projects.

- Build relationships with builders, architects, contractors and project consultants.

- Monitor market activities, competitor strategies and sales performance.

- Prepare sales plans and regular market reports.

Candidate Requirements:





- Graduate; MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.

- Strong experience in retail sales and dealer/distributor development.

- Knowledge of the building materials market.

- Project sales experience will be an added advantage.

- Must be target-oriented, result-driven and willing to travel.
