Job Description:

A Meghalaya-based Ferro Alloys Manufacturing company is looking for a Packing & Dispatch Manager for its unit based in Byrnihat, Meghalaya.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage packing and dispatch operations to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Manage labour allocation, attendance, and productivity.
- Prepare daily packaging reports and daily dispatch reports.
- Plan material loading and unloading of finished goods.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of packing, dispatch, and loading documents.
- Ensure correct bag weight, product quality, and packaging standards to achieve zero rejection.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and Logistics teams.
- Ensure workplace safety, housekeeping, and minimum material wastage.

Required Skills

- Experience in packing, dispatch, material handling,



and labour management in ferro alloys plant.
- Knowledge of inventory records, Excel, and dispatch documentation.
- Strong coordination, reporting, and team management skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Salary: ₹30,000.00-₹50,000.00 per month

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
