Job Summary

We're hiring a Senior Sales Executive to develop new business, acquire B2B customers, manage existing accounts and achieve sales targets. The company manufactures HDPE and PP woven bags and industrial packaging solutions.

Responsibilities

- Generate recent leads and develop B2B customers.
- Identify potential clients and convert enquiries into sales.
- Sell HDPE/PP woven bags and packaging products.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop repeat business.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations and negotiations.
- Prepare quotations, discuss pricing and close orders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch and accounts departments.
- Follow up on customer orders and support timely execution.
- Travel for customer visits and business development when required.





Required Qualifications and Skills

- 5–10 years of B2B sales, industrial sales or business development experience.
- Experience in customer acquisition and account management.
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate business and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of MS Office; CRM experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in plastic packaging, industrial packaging or manufacturing sales is an advantage.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
