Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organised Client Servicing Officer to manage existing client relationships and ensure smooth execution of orders from quotation to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to ensure timely execution.
- Manage orders from quotation, sampling and approvals through production, QC and dispatch.
- Coordinate with sales, design, procurement, production, warehouse and logistics teams.
- Provide proactive updates to clients on order status, production and shipments.
- Follow up for pending approvals, payments, artwork, shipping details and other requirements.
- Handle client queries, concerns and escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate quotations, samples, mock-ups and artwork approvals.
- Identify opportunities for repeat orders, upselling and additional business from existing clients.
- Maintain accurate client records, order details and communication.




- Ensure all client commitments and timelines are tracked and followed through.

Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of experience in client servicing, account management or project coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Valuable working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of tasks.
- Experience in merchandise, gifting, printing, events, marketing or B2B services will be an advantage.
